The company prides itself on its culture, however the culture is extremely passive aggressive. Many in leadership roles at the system office are primarily concerned with politics and their own egos. Very few action and goal oriented leaders at the system office.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing projects or tasks that result in positive patient impacts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Developing time bound goals and project plans to accomplis them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare benefits are fairly generous compared to other organizations and PTO policy and amounts are also generous.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My group needs a competent director. She is a narcissist and is therefore extremely toxic and abusive.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The process from application to interview is long. The employment verification process missed most of my employment because they didn't use my current and maiden name in the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team includes highly skilled caregivers and was built by my previous VP. We have a new manager and she is not competent. The entire team are looking for new jobs.
