I previously contracted at Providence as a report writer (HRIS Analyst) for 4 1/2 years. That position was eliminated upon implementation of their new ERP system Genesis. I was recommended for this position by one of the women whom I used to provide reports to, so I was ecstatic to return
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow us all to work independently and meet regularly so that they stay connected.
What do you like best about your company?
The people whom I get to work with, and that we are trusted and valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they were both remote, and one was with the Executive Director and the young lady I would be taking over for. The second interview was with one of the nurse managers I would be working closely with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position I'm in does not accurately reflect the work I do but the hiring manager was very clear that the job was not a software development position (my usual work). The reality though is that I've had to utilize my software development & ETL skills to achieve the results they want.
