We need better prescription/pharmacy coverage.

They listen to understand not to reply. They offer compassion and an environment that makes it ok to fail.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to make a best friend of change. Because its the one friend you can always count on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The spur creativity and discipline. They help and know when to let people struggle to find their "answer". A truly mature leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
At the end of the day I get to think about how many people i had a hand in helping. That sense of goodness that derives from getting to help the people who are helping other people in their time of vulnerability. That makes me very happy!
