I was hired on here as a supervisor in IS. the team is incredible and I have a fantastic manager. They truly pull weight for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as supervisors they could be more upfront about the amount of overtime you put in being salaried. Had I known that I may have asked for more. At the same time, I could move to any job in the company and get more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how you find answers and help in a fast way. The leaders above me are so down to earth, approachable and support growth, learning, RISE and really reach out to me to make sure I am getting leadership development learning here. I really like how they live the values at providence in daily work
