Publix Super Markets Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They give us extra money

The best part is the available PTO/vacation time.

The 401K retirement plan. That"s the reason I stayed.

Health insurance and stocks are a plus

Medical benefits are the best

The selection of benifits available to me

We use to get $100 gift cards every 3 months....it really helped with the grocery budget during these times

Stock Options and they raise my pay after every evaluation

The medical benefits might be slightly better than average.

Stock options, stock options, stock options!

Stock options,and vacations, free meals.

You pick what you need.

Just got full time, waiting to see what's next for benefits..

Paternity/maternity leave. Now the change to PTO; sick time, short term disability and long term disability.

That i get everything need as a associate.

employee stock and retirement options

Bonuses, scheduling, employee support, pay

Exclusive stock options and quarterly 100 dollar giftcards

Being given free stock shares just for showing up and working. This is based on our annual income.

Best part of Publix was closed on Sunday and the associate bonuses and they are both gone now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Give part time the sane benifits as full time especially when some part timers work 35 hrs

I was one of the lowest paid employees in my department with some of the most previous experience.

Take out all racest managgets frim the company

Yes, more hours and management & staff being trained on understanding people with disabilities.

I feel like our overall pay when you start to become management is incredibly low, considering there are stock clerks making more than I am and they do far considerably less work. I think raises should be more fair, and a possible stock increase for those of us who want to stay with the company

More compensation is the first step.

I don't like my current manager. Especially when she cut my hours on purpose. Now I get paid less. I go from paycheck to paycheck. I am broke every week. Along with zero $$$ in my checking. I have bills to pay. I have medical bills to pay. Car note, car insurance, rent, water bill, electric bill etc

Publix treats part time employment unfairly

Because I'm getting no hours

Review from Sales Dept

Managers just sit around all day and tell everyone else to get to work and over work the hell out of us and leaving early because of being sick our exhausted ends badly

No employee benefits other than the OPPERTUNITY to purchase stock after a year of employment

Office staff do a lot of work and I do not think we are paid enough for the work we do.

If it was less personally biased based. More checks and balances so your raise wasnt left down to if your manager liked you or not and just on the hard work you provided

No consideration for going beyond responsibilities and doing extra work.

Having better people in management who truly CARE about their employees and how the operation is run instead of "clicking" with certain people (while ignoring others), playing on their phones + chatting when they should be assisting their cashiers with bagging b/c we're shorthanded, etc. It's wrong!

Either a raise in the minimum or less workforce.

The managers and their ideology need to keep at home. No politics involved

Review from Sales Dept

A new, seasonal employees make 2 more dollars an hour than people who have been there over 5 yrs. They get hired knowing they aren't going to stay so they really don't give it their all and it just makes things harder for the rest of us

Cashiers aren't offered full time positions in my store and therefore i am not eligible for stock or health insurance

Review from Sales Dept

i feel like if they sit down with us and talk then maybe we can figure out an agreement
