I have favorite customers that I see often on a daily basis. They always make me smile/happy when I see them. Especially the Instacart & Shipt shoppers. Super friendly & very sweet customers. I adore them like family.

Managers tend to care more about the image of the store, the store's bottoms line over any well being of employees. From personal experience, they cared more about kicking out someone using fraudulent coupons, vs actually taking care of a customer harassing customers and employees.

Publix is expanding way to fast, circa Starbucks too fast. Our DC’s can barely handle the expansion and we have associates at stores getting 0 hours per week due to over projecting new store’s sales. Public needs to calm down and be more strategic about growth.
