Employee scheduling. The staff is always under staffed. The employees are overworked and underpayed for the work they do. Recognition for daily employee/ customer recognition is hardly done. But a bad report is immediately noted.
Need to go to sales and marketing seminars to get trained not a video training on a computer.
A more experienced manager, that is more hands on with her team and doesnt disappear all time. Had knowledge of everything in the department and proper training to lead, not relying on coworkers under her to show her how to do things
They need to get better at being overall good people.

Give part time the sane benifits as full time especially when some part timers work 35 hrs

I feel like our overall pay when you start to become management is incredibly low, considering there are stock clerks making more than I am and they do far considerably less work. I think raises should be more fair, and a possible stock increase for those of us who want to stay with the company
Stop trying to derail your coworkers to help your advancement
There's a lack of communication. Too much drama, click's, plus too much gossip. Also one of them being way too overly preachery.
A better leadership team is needed

Beings that I am the only African American that works in front office, I tend to think that communication is limited with me.
We need management that understands and values their staff
Follow federal guidelines when an employee is pregnant lr disabled. When an employee has a concern, especially with their own management, dont be dismissive and cut them off from actually speaking.
Return to the founding values.

Never look down on a person trying to make them feel like they are beneath your feet.
Be honest about the job responsibility and future growth potential. Publix hires you with a job title, and leads you to believe there is potential growth but not at all true

My store is so desperate for new hires because of high turnover that they barely even interview you. They just give you a pass and see if you work out. So sad and says a lot about their priorities.
There's nothing to improve. Because it will only make things worse.
Again management produce manager is the worse at store 816 and should be fired .
Conduct proper investigative and honest practices.
Corruption with management. Everyone needs to stop abusing their positions.
Management needs to work on their people skills, payment and worker appreciation, they need to have more workers - manager meetings, also be more polite close doors policy
