Flexible time off when you need
annual cash bonus and RSUs
30k stocks and fair hike given
Stocks of course and annual bonuses
I believe i am paid at market value
Qualcomm pays to its employees timely manner.
My work is appreciated and this reflects to my compensation package.
For my circumstances, my salary is well adjusted to the cost of living index, of course you want more who doesn't want that, but overall I'm very satisfied.
Bonus, health benefits, vacation, medical leave
The total compenstion is in the top companies

Package is competitive for San diego
Everything is good and perks are high
The joining bonus and the package
Benefits, stock, merit pay component
My Tuition Reimbursement package. It is very competitive.

400K bonus last year and a tesla
benefits, health, employer match, life insurance
Review from Engineering Dept
very satisfied I can afford to cover my expenses
The best part of my comp package is the annual bonus and the fact that it's based on the score I get on my annual review. I have a little control over how much I get.
Restricted Stock Units is the best
Qualcomm systemically under pays engineers
base pay increase and stock increase
i was cover one type machine, after a year job scope increased although headcount came later but still drain resource to continue assist, guide, work on-behalf, work stress, time balancing specially role of parents. However salary increment were too less compare to other factory in similar sector.

I currently have no information about that

The hours just don't line up especially considering what others are paying.
Pays lower than many of the FANG companies
I have 4% royalty and still have not received any info on these matters
4% pay decrease in the "most profitable year ever." Give promotions to match level descriptions to work done. Give raises higher then the cost of living increases. Improve Pay,benefits,401k matches, etc to be competitive with industry
My pay is not at all reasonable for my work. They assign a lot of work, but paying less.
Review from Engineering Dept
Base pay is 30% below peers in the industry. Each year medical benefits are reduced
Qualcomm is probably the worst in terms of all its peers in the industry.
Base salary is way too low and bonus is too less.
Review from Engineering Dept
Other top tech companies compensate better
Review from IT Dept
I know people in the same field, with the same experience getting paid significantly more here in San Diego as well as in the Bay
Review from Engineering Dept
