Great technology, challenging projects. From the technical standpoint it's a great place. Workload is excessive, Qualcomm is unable to hire sufficient staff due to low offering starting salaries, leaving internal teams constantly struggling to compensate for lack of staff. Terrible management

Nothing, it's disorganized, we don't have good tools, and we are not competitive

Base pay is 30% below peers in the industry. Each year medical benefits are reduced
