I love that we cater to expanded family members as far as dependent healthcare eligibility is concerned. Would hope though that the dependents get 100% benefits on the first year, not on the third year. We could do also more work in the area of dental care.
I truly express my appreciation for the generous incentives. However, I wanted to discuss the concern regarding the taxation that accompanies these incentives. It would be beneficial for us if the incentives could be classified as non-taxable, allowing us to enjoy the majority of what's offered.

As a Care provider to the employee, my compensation package should be revisited and upgraded according to the scope of our job. HMO provider also should offer desirable benefits.
In the US we have sick care benefits and those are outrageously expensive. While I understand the cost to the company is high, fear of illness because of the exorbitant costs is detrimental to the company's workforce. Better coverage, lower premiums, lower out of pocket expenses should be the goal.

Health insurance benefits in the US are not competitive with other large employers. Very confusing recent changes in time off policies have negatively impacted many team members.
Medical benefits are subpar as the lowest healthcare plan is barely recognized and has few providers. 401K match is very low.
