Do what you say you are going to do. Live by the values that is set. Too many a time has something been promised then not be delivered. I have set up meetings with different staff members and that staff member did not show or even accept the invite. Reporting needs to verify data. Show respect

As a Care provider to the employee, my compensation package should be revisited and upgraded according to the scope of our job. HMO provider also should offer desirable benefits.
In the US we have sick care benefits and those are outrageously expensive. While I understand the cost to the company is high, fear of illness because of the exorbitant costs is detrimental to the company's workforce. Better coverage, lower premiums, lower out of pocket expenses should be the goal.

Work as a CSR by design is isolating but we occasionally meet. Its not a big part of the job but the turnover is so high because the job is so horribly both in pay and overall experience that no meaningful relationships are built.
