Pretty laid back but lack of structure leads to frustration.

Would be nice to be told more often that we're doing a good job.

For the most part coworkers are a treat to work with, however a few of them compete in Petty Olympics
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's pretty laid back around here as to dress code and being on time which is one of the few perks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is quite low. Higher than minimum wage but really not commiserate with what someone with my experience should be paid. I do way too much here to be paid so spartanly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is ineffectual. There are really no guidelines as to how to perform your job. The only way we know if we're doing a satisfactory job is by how long it's been since we were yelled at.
