They hire you then they change your role and when you complain, and specially if a woman then they fire you, or make life miserable.
How innovative is Qualtrics?
Working in Engineering Services at Q, we come up with creative solutions to customers all the time. Innovation is in our DNA. :)
What's the work from home policy like at Qualtrics?
There is none. Work from home is generally discouraged but you may be able to plan out certain situations with your manager.
How flexible is your work schedule at Qualtrics?
not flexible at all... Qualtrics is the land of micro management

Very challenging, your responsibilities change every two weeks and typically not tied to what your role description is or what had been previously defined.
What does the ideal candidate in the Marketing department look like at Qualtrics?
If you are fresh out of school and need experience. If have experience want to do what's right for the company and have strong opinions on how to lead a business then this is not org. for you.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Qualtrics?
We think you’d also be a good fit for project management. Would you prefer that, or sales? (Wanted me to answer sales)
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Qualtrics?
I met with a variety of engineers and the VP of engineering. It took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me. Good experience. I ended up accepting the offer.
What do people at Qualtrics think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Great salesperson. Refuses to believe pay is an issue

Hit the quota for 2 quarters at the level above you

They pretend to listen. But they never presented this years employee engagement results. Hiding something

Fun office. Very open. Games food etc.

Only a few percent of people are consistently hitting quota.

Pretty diverse

Sub-par. They manage more on metrics than they do lead on sales skills.
What's the pay like for Sales roles at Qualtrics?
Horrible. Way below market.
How's the vacation policy at Qualtrics?
15 days annually that do not rollover. Entire company also gets the Christmas week off, from 25th till 1st.
What are some of the best things about your team at Qualtrics?
We're small and scrappy. There's always something to do.

No micromanagement. We believe in hiring capable people, that, when given the direction and tools they need, can accomplish great things.
What do you like best about the leadership team at Qualtrics?
For the most part, they're honest and transparent. However, leadership mentality has prevented me from being as successful as I'd like to be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Qualtrics?
I know that I can get paid more elsewhere. However, the experience and skills I'm gaining are worth the sacrifice at my first job.
