The opportunity to be reviewed so that I could ask for a raise and increased accountability.

Supportive, friendly, casual daily dialogue to speak openly and honestly about what was and what wasn't working.

Allowed to do what you were best at and most interested in. Offered inclusion groups and monthly all-hands company-wide meetings and quarterly social events
