That is a tough one to answer. Not bad people, just not steering the company in the right direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under pays compared to the market and for those on commission plans, they are complicated to the point if not being able to audit them. Zero confidence that cissions are paid correctly.
