I love Rackspace and though it has its ups and downs and changing leadership, I still love what Rackspace stands for and the Rackers who champion our cause and culture.

Knowing that my work helps others and that I get to work with a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We still have enough Rackers that genuinely care about the culture and each other so that we don't become a big, stodgy corporation with red tape and egos
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about one another and I believe we all care about the work that we do. We are "in it" together and can connect with one another. We celebrate our highs and work through our lows together.
