Positive: I am content with the people I am working with and the task/projects we are working on. Negative: I do feel that I am undervalued in terms of compensation based on what I am bringing to the table and the actual work that needs to be accomplished.

They are all easy to work with and will be there to assist you if you need help or ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary grade for my position and value I provide is not on par with the market rate. Other US companies pay the national average (I.e. US average) for the position despite whether you are in Canada or US. I hope Rackspace/Onica would do the same.
