My career focus is pretty aligned with the market positioning of Rackspace. Everyday, I find myself working with great people, interacting with diverse set of customers who want to address their business goals using best-fit technology solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am allowed to continue working remotely, without any negative impact on my personal brand in the firm as well as appraisal & compensation, which in turns enables me to be a productive Racker & live a fulfilling personal life. I strive to repay the trust & faith that my Manager & my team have on me
