Most of the best shore coworkers have little experience, don't speak the language, and don't understand tickets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop replacing rackers with lesser qualified cheaper workers. Invest in the tools which would make us successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like at any moment, the need for more profit could get me replaced by a best shore racker.
