The one thing that I appreciate and look forward to is changing/growing as a company. Everything feels inclusive and I feel ELT value our opinions. With that said, I feel that I have a voice in the company and it's heard.
I could go on about this. However, our team is one of the hardest working teams I have had the pleasure of working with, Career development, Comradery, Collaboration, Support, Superb communication, GREAT leadership, Focus on goals and achieving those goals as a team, and learning opportunities.
I feel that knowing mid-point for my position is significantly higher. I have no issues working hard, putting in extra hours, learning and taking on new tasks. Unfortunately, my pay speaks differently for the skills I have to offer. Being paid market value, makes people feel valued.
My team, learning new skills and growing my career. I have lots of avenues I can take. Its a matter of staying dedicated and working hard. Hard work eventually pays off within our organization. Having that mind set keeps me positive of my future career path within Rackspace.
The Rackspace community- I have yet to run into a Racker who was unwilling to assist me with questions I may have. If I can't find an answer, someone will help find it for/with me. The overall team comradery is enough to enjoy coming to work each day.
