Our HR team has the greatest influence on my experience, and this team is the best I have ever been part of. The culture has changed significantly over the last few years, and cost cutting measures have been challenging. My primary concern about Rackspace is a lack of confidence in our executives.

Our team all pulls in the same direction, and I know I can count on them. We are a reliable, fun, trustworthy group of professionals.

My base compensation plus bonus. I also appreciate the enhanced time away from work that is offered. It allows for the work/life balance I need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our HR leadership team is awesome! They are the perfect blend of supportive and empowering. I know that they have my back and care about me as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within our team it's the care we have for one another; we genuinely enjoy working together. In the larger company, the most positive thing is the opportunity to learn and take on increasingly challenging work.
