Stop merely hiring for speed and appearing to be able to do the job. Focus on culture. Right now, there are far too many people who talk a great game but fail to take any accountability
It's all about that revenue growth. It's where conversations start and end, no further strategy, culture, engagement that I can see at senior levels. Lost enormous levels of extremely talented people. Yes men everywhere I look at upper levels.
