Accomplishments are recognized. It is evident that well being is important and allowing time for employees to recharge makes for a more productive work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Goals and strategy of the company are unclear. The messages from the executives seem to be completely opposite even in the same meeting. Holly said the policy is that we are an agile workplace and working from home is ok but Kevin said the opposite. People are confused.
