Overall good, but moving most of the company to India for the cheap labor has caused so much damage to our reputation and company culture I don't know if it's possible to bring that back.

Bring pay more in line with our competitors. It's widely known that our competitors pay better and have more attractive benefits and perks than Rackspace, especially within GDCI.
