It's quite a different company from when I first started, there are still some core values left from that time but they seem to be diminishing. Overall I am content and work with a great group of people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to work together to resolve challenges and form new processes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing and taking care of people. This seems to have been disappearing over the last couple of years. Recruiting from within the business, too many roles are not advertised internally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Roles do evolve over time and this is not always recognized. The role I started doing is not the same as my current role, but there is no recognition for this or being an SME.
