I feel we're all on the same boat and that makes me row harder and to go the extra mile on a regular basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really love economic benefits I get by working at RX, besides. This is the first company I've worked for that really cares for me so I'm on cloud nine with y'all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership team communicates with us clearly and constantly. I feel like I am part of this great community. Rackspace Technology's culture is one of the main reasons why I work here. I love it!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was challenged by a team of my peers that hold different positions, with different backgrounds and with very different personalities. That gave me a very satisfying sense of accomplishment, when I found out I was given an offer here at Rackspace Technology.
