Mostly the flexible timings and the option to work from home. It lets me manage work and personal life well most of the time. There are busy stretches where work takes up more hours, but it usually evens out within a week or two.

It's mostly the flexible timing and work from home. I can easily manage my work and my personal life the majority of the time. Generally, there might be busy days where too much time is spent on work, but we will be able to balance it out in a week or two or so.
