What are some of the best things about your team?Some of the best things about our team is our above and beyond attitude towards everything we do, we are focused and determined to achieve success through collaboration across all teams globally. No matter which region we are in, our teams work cohesively to support our clients and each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?A lot of departments feel fractured as if they do things the best way and are hesitant to change even when processes are improved upon by other departments.
