It has been the biggest power struggle of my life there is no one to train you you do not follow policies and procedures and being treated unfairly at this moment

There is no team they do not help me do not look out for me did you not work together at all

I would like to be treated with respect and trained in the perspective department that I am hired for and I would like my questions to be answered by someone that knows what they're talking about
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get my job done in a timely manner correctly and the customers I love dealing with the customers I love helping them find things I love my job I love being able to make the store look beautiful
