What makes you most happy at work?
making customers laugh and accomplishing all my tasks to the best of my ability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We laugh at new policies together but, implement them with no less vigor than we would if we had written them ourselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to have a good one-on-one with the interviewer about my expectations and theirs to best determine the role I could play in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am still relatively new and am just happy to have the benefits. I do believe senior team members with lifelong careers in the company should be better compensated. But, as an entry-level employee, I am happy with my own pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works together to come to a solution for any issue that arises. When I am open with my scheduling needs; the team moves heaven and earth to accommodate me. Because of this, I am willing to help and sacrifice when accommodations cannot be made.
