They preach about how caring they are about their employees but nothing could be further from the truth. We are treated like a piece of meat. They harass you if you call in sick basis calling you a liar. They say they value your opinion but speak up and they accuse you of not being a team player.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing what so ever you are not appreciated at all. The more pressure they put you on the better they like it. They feel they are kings and we are their servents.
