They were SO great during the interview, but once I was hired, I realised that Customer Service is NOT a priority like they said...an employee who works her butt off means nothing. However, someone with seniority who is TERRIBLE with customers gets rewarded. This shouldn't happen!

My coworkers act like grade school kids, bickering, joking, avoiding work as much as possible, unless the manager is on the floor
