Involving everyone when they're changes,so Everyone is on the same page...Everyone has to wear a name badge .

The uplifting of customers who genuinely are concerned for your well-fare of you and your family after they don't see you after a few shopping trips have been made.

I've created A foundation of stability with this job...I felt secure...2 years ago,it began to crumble,taken away my confidence,and security. I treat customers like familye,they are who made my check possible,I hope they wish to return.
