Company was great up in till the past few years . New programs replaced old and putting a great deal of stress on salary management creating unbearable stress on hourly employeess , especially loyal ones . The compAny has become too political in its process of promotion .

Not much to say . I have not been introduced

Allowing more diversity . Allowing a few to speak up .
What are some of the best things about your team?
My tean was great . Maybe a little more support from Management would have been better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More communication with employees . I should not have to go out on leave for a medical issue and have fear of returning to my job not knowing where i will be working when i have over 20 years with the company
