It was great until the pandemic hit... but we struggled through it. Then this year they implemented their "Elevate" program which became so stressful and disrespectful that I quit my job after 13 years. Ralphs literally wanted double or more productivity for an already taxed night crew.

humanity... quit with the word salad of "We're all in this together" and treating the employees as disposable. the hypocrisy is embarrassing. I know people working at Ralphs at this moment living in fear of losing their jobs... after decade of service. Seems they're implementing Amazon's policy..
