If, I was compensated for the length of time I have been with Randstad.on top of my educational background with 15 years management experience making only 40,000 a year. Being recognized and show appreciation.
Getting compensated for all the other training I did in other departments, getting hired permantly and getting a raise after being here for almost 1 year and doing a great job! Offering me incentive like PTO or something.

Females are often giving a .5 to 1% raise a year while they are male colleagues will often get a 3 to 5% increase every year they think that the employees on the floor are not aware of this discrepancy but it’s consistently talked about and raised as an issue and nothing is done about

The profits our company makes could be used more wisely.
Being a part time seasonal temp employee, I am not eligible for full time benefits. In addition, my wage is drastically lower than what a full time position elsewhere would offer commensurate to my 20yr+ experience. It would be a dream to get a healthy raise!
