What makes me most happy at work is collaborating and working with my team. I really do enjoy getting to know my teams mates on a personal level and wants to work so much harder working for a bunch of inspiring successful sales rock stars, I am truly blessed to have this job at Randstad at this time

I feel that my Randstad rep does not care about us or whether we get the hours we need to live. There are people who get overtime while some of us get 15-20 hours and we are NEVER scheduled for a week. We get text messages daily (if they want u) asking to work that day. Very unprofessional

Really it comes down to a lack or organization and everything seems thrown together at the last minute in some desperation to try and get something done.
