Direct Management needs to be better at leadership, rather than trying to be one of the "crew". Putting aside ego & politicking would help.

Randstad is an employee mill. Leadership is lacking. They do not believe in strong pay except for executives and they tell us we are lucky!

Executives are greedy and sometimes make strange decisions - clearly haven't done anything they actually set out to do in 5 years!
