If, I was compensated for the length of time I have been with Randstad.on top of my educational background with 15 years management experience making only 40,000 a year. Being recognized and show appreciation.
Getting compensated for all the other training I did in other departments, getting hired permantly and getting a raise after being here for almost 1 year and doing a great job! Offering me incentive like PTO or something.

They should more than often ask themselves if what they do actually should be done in the first place. But since there is no clear vision, and a thick proxy of middle management and their goons, that task descriptions are not open for debate.

The majority of people there are so miserable that it’s even hard to interact with them on a regular basis they’re tired overworked underpaid and under appreciated which of course makes them very cranky and he will constantly have someone sending you nasty emails or yelling at you in the hal
We are all temp so it is cut throat. Some have been temps for 5 years and threatened by anyone/everyone.

Ranstad USA corporate would be better off if they just did a clean sweep removed everyone who has been there over five years and rehired and stop the culture is toxic because people have been there too long and have dealt with so much garbage over the years and that can’t be fix

I would be more informative about the actual hours and how the scheduling really is. Your given a song and dance when your hired. Your under the impression you can work 7 days a week but that is not true. I've never seen a company that texts you daily about working that day

I feel that my Randstad rep does not care about us or whether we get the hours we need to live. There are people who get overtime while some of us get 15-20 hours and we are NEVER scheduled for a week. We get text messages daily (if they want u) asking to work that day. Very unprofessional
