What do you like best about the leadership team?

C-suite execs need to touch grass and remember that actual people work for their website. Every editor and senior writer on the creative side needs to get out of there asap.

all are SMEs and leaders with proven track records @ other start-ups to big brand fortune companies. collaborative ELT.

leadership team has improved as company has grown. there was a clearly overburdened and perhaps under qualified leader running 2 departments at once during a major growth period. this has since changed and there is better management, process, and much needed training now.

Leadership is data-driven and down to earth

no red tape, you can get quick answers, and they seem to genuinely care and be hands-on

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What leadership? Those at senior level must have been there when company started, not hired on management skills. Everyone is anti-social and passive-aggressive. Job duties are not assigned based on skill-level; supervisors point out failings but don't offer help or clarity around expectations.
