Everyone is empowered to speak their mind. There had been a previous manager who didn't accomodate that but he is no longer running dept.
we don't have excess meetings; there aren't any egomaniacs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are the best part of the company. Really intelligent, awesome people working super hard. Unfortunately, team building is inherently not a part of the work culture. Inter-departmental mingling is difficult with a quarterly happy hour being a rare chance to interact.
