They need to care! The top is disconnected from the crew

Leadership would all be better off working for someone else.

Hold regional managers accountable for communication

Everything. They literally read their layoff verbiage off a script when you are being let go. They have ZERO connection with their teams. I heard from my boss two times during employment and I had four different bosses in 15 months. Training was horrid.

Not just stepping on the backs of those doing the heavy lifting.
