What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team cares about the employees. There is a big focus on positivity and being better each day.
There is a lot of collaboration amongst executives!

Our leadership team takes feedback and is quickly actionable with it.

They need to care! The top is disconnected from the crew
Leadership would all be better off working for someone else.
Hold regional managers accountable for communication
Everything. They literally read their layoff verbiage off a script when you are being let go. They have ZERO connection with their teams. I heard from my boss two times during employment and I had four different bosses in 15 months. Training was horrid.
Not just stepping on the backs of those doing the heavy lifting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and Flex Time Off
My salary is the best part of my comp package.
All that was excellent...regional support was severely lacking.
The medical benefits through kaiser was great
I liked the bonus structure and incentives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as an employee, but the current benefits contribution is under market and I would like to see that improve.
Poor benefit, low pay, constant shift in team.
There is an u fair distribution and the benefits package is expensive.
The amount of experience I brought to the table was more than enough for the role I wanted. I was sidelined and put into another role that I hated yet still climbed to the top of the ladder. Then got let go. The company has them read your layoff notice to you in a zoom call off a script. Ridiculous.

Team work and positive outlook.
Our team is collaborative and works well together to get things done.
We have amazing teamwork. You never here that's not my job. We all help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Apparently if you’re in the clique it’s fun. If not, not so
A lot of managers are very affirming and recognize hard work.
the people are what make it or break it. there are "mini-cultures" by branch and department that vary.
No micromanagement, great team and flexibility

Accountability and attention to all branches by middle management

It appeared genuine. But beware, a salesman sells. I was lied to in my interview.

Too many interviews wasting time and asking the aame questions

I enjoy my line of work and engaging with my Team and colleagues. We work very well together and can rely on each other.

Working from home is a good positive
serving people, laughing with my co-workers, impacting people in a positive way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Branches outside metro are forgotten and ignored
The comany does manage to hide the cluster hell internally from its customers and thus gives a good experience for them. But internally, what a chaotic mess when it comes to resources! And underwriting was on ten differnet pages. Just crazy - need much better info management and training.
More pay will make employees happier
Any team not in the corporate office and not on sales doesn’t seem to exist and our concerns are not handled in
