Hold regional managers accountable for communication

Everything. They literally read their layoff verbiage off a script when you are being let go. They have ZERO connection with their teams. I heard from my boss two times during employment and I had four different bosses in 15 months. Training was horrid.

Not just stepping on the backs of those doing the heavy lifting.

I feel valued as an employee, but the current benefits contribution is under market and I would like to see that improve.

Poor benefit, low pay, constant shift in team.

There is an u fair distribution and the benefits package is expensive.

The amount of experience I brought to the table was more than enough for the role I wanted. I was sidelined and put into another role that I hated yet still climbed to the top of the ladder. Then got let go. The company has them read your layoff notice to you in a zoom call off a script. Ridiculous.

A lot of managers are very affirming and recognize hard work.

the people are what make it or break it. there are "mini-cultures" by branch and department that vary.

Branches outside metro are forgotten and ignored

The comany does manage to hide the cluster hell internally from its customers and thus gives a good experience for them. But internally, what a chaotic mess when it comes to resources! And underwriting was on ten differnet pages. Just crazy - need much better info management and training.

More pay will make employees happier

Any team not in the corporate office and not on sales doesn’t seem to exist and our concerns are not handled in
