They are extremely sensitive personnel towards the treatment of employees

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and compensation are extremely high compared to old jobs
I love the retirement plan and the healthcare coverage!

What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork is excellent and very pleasant nothing to reproach of the team
My teammates are supportive, encouraging, and have been there for me through the trials and tribulations of working in real estate. They truly are the best of the best!
we all get along really well to benefit not just the company but improving our own skills

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a department that offers brochures for the protection of the environment and I think it is a good contribution
The leadership helps foster a positive work environment. If the management was anything otherwise, it would not be the same place it is now.
My co-workers are great and I make a nice profit. It is a win-win situation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the quality and level of service the interviewers have
I liked that I was ask real-world questions that pertained to my life experience, not just my prior real estate experience. I think there is a huge difference, and it helped me feel at ease as a new agent that I didn't have to have everything figured out prior to starting this job.

What makes you most happy at work?
ample space and comfort when working
I love interacting with my clients and seeing their happiness at the end of a closing. I like knowing that the work I do makes a difference in other people's lives.
doing what i do best and interacting with custoers.
Seeing the look in people's eyes when they get the keys to their new house.
Getting a sale and working as a team.
