The interview questions are very focused on applying past experience to the current role in questions. Doesn't feel random or inconsequential.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really does care about Red Hatters, but many are new to their roles (there's been a lot of executive turnover) and they struggle with communication.
