What do you like best about the leadership team?
Employees at Red Hat are given a lot of flexibility to figure out their own work process and get involved in things that interest them. This independence is great for some, and not so great for others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to see the company move to unlimited PTO, I have worked for 2 companies with this option and it was well-received and not abused. I would like a buy stock program although I don't think the cost could be low enough for me to afford it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Authenticity is an issue. What is portrayed as the company culture doesn't align with actions by executives/leaders. HR guidelines and performance management are lacking, so accountability is also an issue.

it wasn't a lot of canned questions somebody googled. They try to see how personable you are, and whether you understand what you're currently working on.
