What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their Human-ness and humility, Servant Leadership, mentoring, transparency, customer focus. I would like to see more Peer to Peer influence in upholding Red Hat Vaues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to see the company move to unlimited PTO, I have worked for 2 companies with this option and it was well-received and not abused. I would like a buy stock program although I don't think the cost could be low enough for me to afford it.
