Good performance and accomplishments are recognized fairly consistently. Training opportunities are the best I've seen in my entire career.

The focus on willingness and ability to learn new technologies and concepts, rather than treating that knowledge as a key prerequisite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is allowed to have a voice, regardless of the topic/issue. Whether or not that voice falls on deaf ears, is another story.
