The way we engage with each other. Everyone comes from a placed of "assume positive intent".

I had one person assigned to me that I could reach out to and ask questions of during the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This company believes in merit. Those that do, will get rewarded. A huge opportunity for anyone to contribute to meaningful work being done and to be valued and rewarded for those contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly believe that a good idea can come from anywhere. And the more diverse opinions we can get, the better the idea will be. The way we include people from all over the globe and work together so well as one is a beautiful thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent about decisions that affect all of us. They truly believe that the people at Red Hat are the most important thing the company has. They have a vision of the future that I wholeheartedly agree with and strive to make a reality each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help large and important organizations solve real problems using open source software. I love that we embrace the differences of each other rather than become tribal and only look for opinions that match our own. We actively live our values every day, and I could not be more proud of that
