The environment is incredibly collaborative and open. Everyone, regardless of tenure or seniority has a voice and that voice is heard an amplified by their colleagues.

The leadership team is transparent and up front with their employees and has made me feel like I am a part of not just what is happening here, but the decisions being made as well.
